Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using NursingFormula.com (the “Service” or “Website”). By accessing the Website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2) What We Provide

NursingFormula.com provides nursing educational materials for nursing students, including digital downloads and learning resources designed for exam preparation and study support.

All products are digital. We do not ship physical items.

3) Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Service under the supervision/consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. We do not knowingly market to children.

4) Payments and Checkout (Paddle)

Payments on NursingFormula.com are processed by our payment partner. Depending on checkout, Paddle may appear on your card statement. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

5) Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment:

  • you will receive access to the Digital Product via an on-screen confirmation and/or an email containing a download link or access instructions.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download/access link, please email us and we will help.

6) License and Acceptable Use (No Sharing)

Unless stated otherwise, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

You may not:

  • share, upload, distribute, publish, or resell any Digital Products (including inside groups, drives, Telegram/WhatsApp, course sites, or file-sharing links)
  • copy or reproduce the content to create competing products
  • remove any watermark, copyright, or branding
  • use our materials for commercial training resale without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend access if we reasonably believe there is unauthorized sharing or misuse.

7) Educational Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Our content is for education and exam preparation only. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for clinical judgment, and not a substitute for institutional policies, local guidelines, or professional instruction.

We do not guarantee specific exam results, licensure outcomes, grades, employment, or clinical outcomes.

9) Termination

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is published on the Website and should be read before purchasing. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds may be limited.

  • our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or Digital Products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, or USD 100 if you have not made any purchases.
