NursingFormula.com sells digital educational products (such as PDFs, study guides, cheat sheets, question banks, and practice quizzes). All products are delivered digitally.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is limited as described below.
1) Digital Products and Instant Access
When you purchase a digital product from NursingFormula.com, you receive immediate access and/or a download link after payment is confirmed. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
2) Our General Policy: No Refunds After Delivery
All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind after purchase
- buying the wrong product by mistake (please read descriptions carefully before purchasing)
- lack of results (grades, exam outcomes, licensure outcomes, job outcomes)
- inability to use the product due to not having the required device/software (e.g., a PDF reader)
- dissatisfaction that is not related to a technical defect or delivery issue
3) When We Will Provide a Refund (Fair Exceptions)
We will issue a refund (or replacement, depending on the situation) if one of these applies:
A) Duplicate purchase / duplicate charge
If you were charged twice for the same product (accidental double order), we will refund the duplicate charge.
B) Non-delivery or access failure
If you paid but did not receive the download/access link, or cannot access the product due to a technical issue on our side, we will:
- first try to fix the issue, and
- if we cannot deliver the product within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase.
C) Wrong product delivered
If you received a different product than the one you purchased due to our error, we will correct it. If we cannot provide the correct product, we will refund.
Time window: Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for these exceptions.
4) How to Request Support or a Refund
To request help, email [email protected] and include:
- the email address used at checkout
- the product name
- date of purchase
- a brief explanation of the problem
- screenshots (if the issue is technical)
We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
5) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We keep delivery logs and download/access records to help resolve disputes fairly.
6) EU/UK Consumer Notice (Digital Content)
If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have certain consumer rights. For digital content, the right to withdraw can be lost once immediate delivery begins.
By purchasing digital products from NursingFormula.com, you acknowledge that:
- you are requesting immediate delivery of digital content, and
- once the download/access is provided, you may lose your right to cancel/withdraw where applicable under local law.
